How returns work
- Email us at bonehead.team@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Once the item arrives back unused and in its original condition, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Conditions
- Returns are accepted for items that are unused and in resalable condition, in their original packaging. You're welcome to unbox and inspect the item as you would in a store.
- Items returned with signs of use, mounting or damage may be refused, or refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the loss in value.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full.
EU & UK customers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Under that right you may handle the goods only as needed to establish their nature and characteristics, as you would in a shop; we may deduct from the refund any diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
