Shipping
Shipping is free, worldwide, on every order. Every parcel is sent with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Timelines
- Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery: 7–10 business days after dispatch for most destinations.
During busy periods (holidays, launches) delivery can take a few days longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier — and reship or refund if it's lost.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders arrive without any extra charges.
Address changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Email us at bonehead.team@outlook.com as soon as possible — we can usually update it before dispatch.
